2012 Pre-season

New year, new category. Gerard is training really tough with the new KTM 65 equipped with customized suspensions provided by Amapro Racing Suspensiones.

B1-Vdb circuit in Sant Feliu de Codines was chosen for the first training of new season. There, Gerard4 team met with other riders, colleagues and friends. Everyone made an effort to improve its riding: each curve well taken, each gear shift in the exactly moment… everything is important to reduce lap timing.

2011 Season Summary

A few weeks ago the last MotoCross Competition finished and as always it is time to evaluate the results of the year. A year full of competitions, successes and some disappointments that made us to come back next season with more enthusiasm than ever.

Let’s start analyzing the Motocross Championship of Catalonia where Gerard gets 6 victories, 3 poles and 7 fast laps and never leaving the podium. Our rider found a great rival Albert Fontova who tied Gerard four of the eight races. But Gerard4 never gave up and he was able to reduce 10 seconds the training timing in almost every race. It’s important to note that Gerard has been the only rider to achieve pole, fastest lap and win the two rounds in the same race. And he did it twice, amazing!!

Training for MX Master Kids 2011

The registration for the MX Master Kids 2011 is now opened and we have been surprised finding this picture as head of the Web.

Yes, the pilot on the right site is Gerard4 at the head of an international race!

Let's review how the Master Kids works: the MX Master Kids 2011 will be held on 9 – 8 – 10 of July in Commercy (France). Riders between 6 and 20 years old will run in 3 qualifying sessions, in order to be divided into Gold final (the master title), silver final (consolation race) or bronze final (if the number of entries required).

Gerard4 in the Master Kids: the young Moto Club Sant Celoni rider has participated in this international race twice and he achieved the Gold final. In 2009, being one of the youngest children he managed to be the 9th fastest time in practice sessions and in the final after remaining always in the top 10 he had to leave due to a fall. In 2010 Gerard can not avoid the falls, but despite this in the classification rounds he achieved the 3rd and 4th fastest time. But unluckily at the beginning of the race he dropped to 24th position. During the rest of the race the young rider showed his inborn skill to this sport and came back to the 6th position.

This year Gerard will be much more trained and more experienced than the previous years and we only have one goal: victory!
